Nehe Rihara Milner-Skudder (born 15 December 1990) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays for the Rugby New York. He was selected for the All Blacks in 2015, and was a key member of 2015 Rugby World Cup winning team.

A 13-cap All Black and 2015 World Cup final starter, he had been in the Highlanders squad over the past two heavily-disrupted seasons after returning from a spell at Toulon.
