The state flag of Belarus (Belarusian: Сцяг Беларусі, romanized: Sciah Biełarusi) is a red-green bicolour with a red-on-white ornament pattern placed at the hoist (staff) end.

The national flag of Belarus is rectangular and features a red horizontal band (top) and a green horizontal band, covering one-half the width of the red band. A white vertical stripe on the hoist side bears the Belarusian national ornamentation in red.
The Belarusian flag consists of two horizontal stripes - wider red one at the top and narrower green one at the bottom. Moreover, the left edge of the flag is fringed by traditional Belarusian red and white pattern.
