  5. Krinski Mar 31 2020. It is difficult not to compare any female singers in Jazz with Billie Holiday, so... Where the first is bright and open, the second is gloomy and introspective. When Billie sings about love we get all the hurtfull feelings and loniless. When Dinah does it we feel a serene pain and longing.
