Hace 4 días · I started to get into fasting again, and plan on doing a 72h liquid fast. The thing is : I binged-purged ~7500cals today, not very confident I got everything out (surely most of it but I took a long time to purge so idk), And I ate at a restaurant tonight for a birthday (guessing around 600cals).
