Raoul G. Cantero III (born Raoul Roberto Garcia-Cantero y Batista; August 1, 1960) is a Spanish-born American lawyer and a former justice of the Florida Supreme Court.

Former Justice Raoul G. Cantero was appointed to the Court on July 10, 2002, by Governor Jeb Bush. He is the first Justice of Hispanic descent to sit on the Court. Before his appointment, he was a shareholder and head of the Appellate Division of the law firm of Adorno & Yoss in Miami.

In 2002, Governor Jeb Bush appointed Cantero to the Florida Supreme Court. is a Florida lawyer and a former Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. He is regarded as the first Florida Supreme Court Justice of Hispanic descent.
21 de jun. de 2023 · Cantero joined the other justices in striking down a law quickly passed by the Legislature to give Gov. Bush authority to deny the removal of her feeding tube. The Supreme Court decision allowed Schiavo’s feeding tube to be removed; she died shortly thereafter, in March 2005.
