Wayne and Shuster were a Canadian comedy duo formed by Johnny Wayne and Frank Shuster. They were active professionally from the early 1940s until the late 1980s, first as a live act, then on radio, then as part of The Army Show that entertained troops in Europe during World War II , and then on both Canadian and American television.
In the main sketch, a send-up of 'The Four Feathers' entitled 'The White Feather (44 Feathers)', Colonel Fynke (Frank Shuster) of the Bengal Lancers finds himself with only a handful of men to defend his British fort in India.

In the first sketch Wayne and Shuster address the subject of women replacing men in the workforce by taking viewers to a secret International Conference where a group of delegates discuss the 'most serious problem man has had to face; women's attempt to take over the world'.
