Theodora Doukaina Komnene Palaiologina (Greek: Θεοδώρα Δούκαινα Κομνηνή Παλαιολογίνα; c. 1240 – 4 March 1303), also known as Theodora Vatatzaina (Greek: Θεοδώρα Βατάτζαινα), was the empress consort of the Byzantine emperor Michael VIII Palaiologos.

Theodora, who was the daughter of John Doukas and the wife of Michael VIII, outlived her husband by many years. She died in 1303.
When Théodora Doukaina Komnene Palaiologina Batatzaina was born in 1240, in İstanbul, Türkiye, her father, Jean Doukas Vatatzès, was 26 and her mother, Eudoxie Angelina, was 19.
