  6. Oct 2022. I recommend that before you go here, you read up on the history of Rockwood Hall (once a beautiful Rockefeller estate). Knowing the history, you have a better appreciation when you walk the grounds and see the ruins. The park is along the Hudson with a grand view of the river and the Mario Cuomo bridge.
