The City Ground is a football stadium in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, England, on the banks of the River Trent. It has been home to Nottingham Forest F.C. since 1898 and has a capacity of 30,455.

The City Ground is slightly unusual compared to most grounds built at the turn of the last century. It is partly a classical ‘English Style’ stadium and partly a ‘Bowl Style’ ground, with the bowl shape linking The Brian Clough Stand to The Main Stand.

The City Ground is located in the south of Nottingham on the banks of the river Trent. It is situated at just 1.5 miles from Nottingham’s rail station and only slightly further from Nottingham’s Market Square. The walk will generally take less than half an hour.
