Leah Song Richardson (born 1967/1968) is an American lawyer, legal scholar, and higher education administrator who is currently president of Colorado College. She was previously dean and a chancellor's professor of law of the University of California, Irvine School of Law .

Richardson, who is Black and Korean, is the first woman of color to hold the presidency at Colorado College.

Photo courtesy L. Song Richardson Her mother got much of her wish. As a child, Richardson — who goes by Song — practiced piano for four to six hours every day, and she became that concert pianist, winning nine major piano competitions, including the Boston Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition.

On July 1, 2021, she will officially become the new President at CC. President-elect Richardson grew up on a military base with her family in a fairly diverse environment.
