    Velton Ray Bunch (born 22 January 1948; age 76) composed the music for thirteen episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.

    Bunch won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Dramatic Underscore) for the Enterprise episode "Similitude" in 2004. He was previously nominated for an Emmy Award three times; 1993 for the Quantum Leap episode "Lee Harvey Oswald, Part I", 2000 for the main title theme of the series The Pretender, and 2001 for Outstanding Music Composition for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special (Dramatic Underscore) for Papa's Angels, starring Scott Bakula.

    He was interviewed regarding his work on Enterprise in Star Trek Monthly issue 92 in 2002 and in Star Trek Magazine issue 123 (article "Music of the Spheres") in 2005.
