Charles Mark Gurassa (born February 1956) is a British businessman and chair of the Guardian Media Group. He is a former chairman of the television station, Channel 4, and succeeded Lord Burns in January 2016. Gurassa was CEO of Thomson Travel Group PLC from December 1999 to May 2003.

Charles Gurassa. Mini Bio. Appointed as Non-Executive Chair of Channel 4 on 28 January 2016. His appointment runs until 27 January 2022. Charles is also Chair of Great Railway Journeys, Oxfam, Migration Museum and a trustee of English Heritage.
Charles Gurassa has extensive senior leadership and governance experience across the charity, corporate and heritage sectors. As well as being Chair of the Migration Museum, Charles is Chair of Oxfam GB, Guardian Media Group and Great Rail Journeys, and a Trustee of English Heritage.
