Biography. His Royal Highness Prince Félix was born on 3 June 1984 at the Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Prince Félix Léopold Marie Guillaume, Prince of Luxembourg, Prince of Nassau and Bourbon-Parma, is the second child of Their Royal Highnesses Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg.
