Un réalisateur (au féminin : réalisatrice) est une personne qui dirige la fabrication d'une œuvre audiovisuelle, généralement pour le cinéma ou la télévision, mais aussi pour la musique enregistrée ou la fabrication d'une émission de radio (dans ce cas, on parle plus volontiers de « metteur en ondes »).
