Robert Lewis Thomson (born August 16, 1963), nicknamed "Topper", is a Canadian professional baseball manager for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball. During Thomson’s playing career, he was a catcher and third baseman in the Detroit Tigers organization from 1985 to 1988.
