Sir Graeme John Davies FRSNZ (7 April 1937 – 30 August 2022) was a New Zealand engineer, academic and administrator. During his career, he was Vice-Chancellor of three universities: the University of Liverpool , the University of Glasgow and the University of London .

14 de sept. de 2022 · Professor Sir Graeme Davies, former Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Glasgow, has died after a brief illness. He was 85 years old. Born in New Zealand, Sir Graeme graduated from the University of Auckland with a BE in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Materials Science.

Grahame Clive Davies CVO (born 1964) is a poet, author, editor, librettist, literary critic and former journalist. He was brought up in the former coal mining village of Coedpoeth near Wrexham in north east Wales.
