Sir Frederick Haldimand, KB (born François Louis Frédéric Haldimand; 11 August 1718 – 5 June 1791) was a Swiss military officer best known for his service in the British Army in North America during the Seven Years' War and the American Revolutionary War.

Sir Frederick Haldimand (born Aug. 11, 1718, Yverdon, Switz.—died June 5, 1791, Yverdon) was a British general who served as governor of Quebec province from 1778 to 1786. Haldimand entered British service in 1756 as a lieutenant colonel in the Royal American Regiment.
