Click once on the switch next to Fallback on the legacy login flow, it should then go dark. Reload the extension, or close and open your browser. Attempt to log in again.

Dashlane does this to me on Firefox on my work computer when logging into my unraid box, but on Firefox at home (same version, same OS etc) it does it right and fills as it should. It autofills the password to BOTH fields, then I have to delete the (now plaintext) password and put in my username manually, then login, then Dashlane says "do you want to save the new PASSWORD" and its my username.
If the problem persists, you can try to factory reset Edge and check if it fixes the problem. Step 1: Close the Microsoft Edge. 1-Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager. 2-Search for the Edge in the list, right-click on that and click on "End task". Step 2: Rename the "User Data" folder.

Specifically, when I click the extension icon, it fails to open, especially after closing the browser and reopening it. This problem disrupts my workflow and makes it challenging to access my passwords and other secure information conveniently.
