Hello Cecil Chin, From your description, please kindly confirm with your admin, try to sign in Office 365 admin center to checking all roles you already own and remove the un-needed roles. If you’re Office 365 global admin, in admin center, check current roles assigned to you and unassign all the other admin roles in the M365 admin center.
I can't login to my business outlook, i get the 500 Something went wrong. Repeating redirects detected. I've read some other threads about it, but didn't find a solution. It also happens when i use incognito and different browsers. I can login to the office part, just not outlook.

1 - Ir al centro de administracion de o365 y luego a "usuarios activos". 2 - Buscar el usuario afectado y vamos a ir a la pestaña de onedrive. 3 - Ahí seleccionamos "cerrar todas las sesiones", esperamos un rato e intentamos volver a iniciar sesión. Este es un foro de soporte de usuario a usuario y yo soy un usuario de Microsoft también.
