10 de sept. de 2021 · I see this post was a few months ago but I should be able to help you out. For starters the Cloud II Wireless was way to quiet and the treble was too strong.

Also, I recommend first getting a harman reference by going to AutoEQ.app website, selecting your headphone, eq software and target curve and auto eqing your headphone to that target.

The headset makes constant hissing noise which makes using them impossible. Some people who don't experience the hissing noise likely have hearing loss ...

16 de ene. de 2022 · The broadcast power of your router likely exceeds the strength of any other wireless device in proximity to the headset. If the wireless adapter is in close proximity (<10ft away), manually change the 2.4GHz channel on the router Wi-Fi from Auto to channels 1, 6, or 11. Channels 1, 6, and 11 are best since they do not overlap with other channels.
13 de ene. de 2021 · I just received the HyperX cloud 2 wireless headset for the PS5 and they were not loud. Before packing them up to send them off, I remember a OP from a similar thread talking about the 3D audio on the PS5, I disabled it and boom, all that loudness was there. They sound much better. Before it was all muffled sounding.

Got 2 Cloud 2 Wireless (traded one for issues of static and sound cutting and it was probably Ngenuity doing it) and they both had audible white noise (this faint static noise you mention) so I don't think is very easy to get one with none (have an older Cloud Flight here and while the audio and build quality are not as good as the Cloud 2's it has 0 white noise)
