11 de may. de 2021 · I downloaded Ngenuity software and it upgraded my firmware version and random static noise issue became worse. I had to download an Equalizer program and changed some equalizer settings and kept volume levels under 30. Now ngenuity updated itself to latest windows version, it can't detect my HyperX Cloud Alpha S anymore.
6 de oct. de 2020 · HyperX NGENUITY not detecting my Ram - Fury RGB. I just got a new set of Fury Rgb (2X8 3200Mhz) Downloaded the software from Windows store and it's not recognizing it. Tried to reinstall and download a different version from the internet. I dont have RGB Software for my motherboard so there is noting else to interfere or change the lights with.

6 de abr. de 2021 · I also have the HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless 7.1 and, just as you, I couldn't get NGenuity to recognize it. After trying numerous solutions (uninstalling possible conflicting apps, disabling services and countless other I can't remember) and decided to go for it. I can confirm this worked for me.
19 de oct. de 2023 · Open DTS Unbound and turn on DTS Headphone:X and DTS:X. Go to System->Sound->And open the headphone settings as seen in picture. Set Audio Enhancements to Off and set Spatial sound to DTS Headphone:X. Restart and Enjoy. EDIT: You should also change the microphone from 16k to 32k Hz. This will drastically improve the quality.

10 de dic. de 2021 · Go to Ngenuity > Click on Settings > Click on Give us Feedback > Select Report a Problem Hopefully they can do something about the issue To avoid situations like this in the future, turn off automatic updates on Microsoft Store apps: Go to the Microsoft Store > Click on your profile avatar > Click on settings > Turn off App Updates

9 de oct. de 2020 · The headset itself works fine, I can hear the sound and use the microphone, it charges etc, it's just ngenuity (microsoft store version, latest version) that won't detect it. Everything was fine, and one day it stopped working. The only way to make it work again was to reinstall windows. Nothing worked, reinstalling the driver, the app ...
