  2. This uses TeX Gyre Heros (another Helvetica clone, but with better glyph coverage). Loading this along with textcomp will set up \textohm properly. You could then use that directly, but I'd (unsurprisingly) favour using my own siunitx package to deal properly with units and so forth: Some text \textohm{} \si{\ohm}.

  5. 14 de ago. de 2010 · If designed symbols like those of textcomp wouldn't fit to your text font, you could use \textcircled similarly to create a symbol with the used font together with some correction if necessary, with \raisebox etc. For ConTeXt, use the \registered{} and \trademark{} macros. The character printed by |, \mid, \lvert and \rvert is always the same, but with different math class: | is an ordinary symbol; \mid is a relation symbol; \lvert is an opening symbol; \rvert is a closing symbol. Access to the last two requires loading amsmath. Except \mid they can all be used in the context of delimiters.
