I believe all my settings are up to date. When I have my laptop connected to the tv through an hdmi cable everything works normally until I go to prime video, I click full screen on episode that I'm watching and then the screen just goes black, the show is still playing as I can hear the sound, but the video does not come through.
9 de jul. de 2020 · We've recently switched from Chrome to Edge and while most of the transition has been fine, we're experiencing an issue playing videos with Amazon Prime Video. Every time we try to stream something from Prime, it seems like the page just reloads. The only thing that helps is if I manually clear cookies and cache, every single time.
I'm using Amazon Prime Video for Windows app in my laptop. I used to stream movies in that app at HD 1080p quality.. But I don't know why in the recent days, I'm just getting only HD quality (which is considered 720p). I tried playing in Edge, Chrome, Opera but still its being streamed at HD quality only. I've 100Mbps Up/Down internet.
15 de may. de 2020 · Since the latest update I no longer get the X-Ray feature on any Amazon Prime Video videos, shows, or movies. Also, on the Amazon Prime Video main page, the popup that I should get when hovering over a show "window", does not show up. This popup should tell me more about the particular video, without having to click it to go to the show page.
21 de ago. de 2021 · It's not the video card or its drivers (which are the latest already, BTW). This worked fine until a few days ago. It still works fine for all streaming services except Primevideo. It also works fine on other browsers, including Chrome which runs on the same Chromium engine as Edge.
26 de feb. de 2020 · However, on clicking the shortcuts saved in Edge to go to my various content sites, I realised none of them can play video content. I have favourites saved for: YouTube, Amazon Instant Video (Prime Video), Netflix, BBC, PinkBike (videos embedded from YouTube normally). BBC videos play, but have no sound.
The Amazon Prime Video app on Windows 10 can be installed and used in the best possible experience. This can be done by using only the new Microsoft Edge browser based on Chromium. Open the Amazon Prime Video website on the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge browser.

All of a sudden, 6 to 8 weeks ago I could no longer Stream Amazon Prime Video (Using the Chrome Browser) at first then trying Edge & I.E.
