Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills (shortened to TTAF or TTAFFBH) was a children's television series from 1994. It features a cast of four teenagers - Laurie, Gordon, Drew, and Swinton - who are given tattoos by a blobby alien named Nimbar that transform them into strong alien fighters.
Lechner
Lechner is Gorganus' henchman. He is a bird-like alien. Lechner is puppeteered and voiced by David Lander.
Lechner often irritates Gorganus with his questions and inquiries. When Gorganus threatens him, he grovels and retracts his statements. Gorganus often uses Lechner as a scapegoat when he fails.

The Brain Drain is the eleventh episode of the show.
In this episode, an alien named Neuragula casts a spell that turns humans into nutcases, affecting everyone in Beverly Hills except for Gordon (who was wearing one of Swinton's inventions that reflected the spell).
