X = Shipper’s Account # (6 Digits) Y = Service Code (2 Digits) (See Partial Key Below) Z = Shipper’s Reference # (Can be set by shipper for convenience, to mirror an invoice#, etc.) C = Check Digit. 30 de ago. de 2022 · Either way, (877) 289-6418 is the best number available to reach a real person. There is no way, at least here my part of the USA, to contact a local UPS office directly. I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...
16 de may. de 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.
29 de ene. de 2021 · Typical stupid UPS garbage. Just like on the web site home page when you click on "Login/Signup", it takes you to the signup page first with a really small hyperlink for "Login". I am guessing that at least 99% of the people going to the link on the home page are doing it to login and NOT signup.
7 de jul. de 2018 · A UPS tracking number, for domestic packages within the United States, will usually start with "1Z" followed by a 6 character shipper number (numbers and letters), a 2 digit service level indicator, and finally 8 digits identifying the package (the last digit being a check digit), for a total of 18 characters.

My prediction is that UPS customers will go to 3rd party apps (the ones the track all companies in one place) for their detailed UPS info. 3rd party (or bad actors siphoning info off /or hacking them) could easily REDIRECT all packages all over the world.
3 de may. de 2024 · UPS Parcel scam with real tracking number for parcel which I didn't order. Today I got a “UPS Parcel” scam email on my office mail box, for a doing a KCY of a UPS parcel. I think it’s the first step to get scammed 😊. The email is from ucix.ups.com, and opening it sends you an OTP, and asks your ID proof for you KYC details.
28 de feb. de 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.
