I think you are referring to the Windows Vista version of Windows Movie Maker 2.6 that is basically a CPU-only version using the XP code for those on Vista that didn't have a powerful enough GPU. 18 de ago. de 2015 · I have Movie Maker rignt in front of me on Windows 10, yes it does work perfectly. There is something else wrong with your system. Right click Start button, Device Manager, and look for errors. Also check in Event Viewer, Windows Logs, System. Right click you hard drive in File Explorer and select properties, Select check driver for errors and fix.

Another option is to just keep your projects short; have a separate project for each block of about 15 minutes (or scenes that are that length or shorter). At the end, you can always join each of the saved movies into one longer movie.
