The Perfected Ultra Instinct state is capable of manifesting an energy-based Giant Form. This ability has so far only been displayed by Goku on two occasions.
During the climatic finale of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, the frenzied warlock Moro had copied the angel Merus' powers but was unable to make headway against Goku in a battle of Ultra Instincts due to his lack of training. In addition, due to his lack of training with the power of the angels, his body began to convulse and swell from the stress, driving him insane as he began merging with Earth to endure his new powers. Vegeta attempted to use Forced Spirit Fission on the Earth to prevent Moro from draining its energy but could not hold off the maddened wizard for long. Thus, Goku attempted the Ultra Instinct and aimed for Moro's head crystal, which would release Merus' power, but was ensnared by Moro's giant arms and had his energy drained. Fortunately, Goku received a recharge from Grand Supreme Kai and Uub's massive reserves of divine energy, and his power exploded back into Perfected Ultra Instinct, manifesting the giant avatar. The avatar held off Moro's arms and closed the distance, allowing Goku to deliver a clean finishing blow to Moro's crystal with the Ultra Instinct, obliterating him completely.
Goku would later use the avatar to end the final battle against Gas during the Granolah the Survivor Saga. After using his unique Ultra Instinct form to hold off Gas while Granolah prepared a mighty energy shot, Goku was beaten badly and knocked unconscious. Just as Gas was about to charge Granolah, Goku subconsciously reacted, phasing into Perfected Ultra Instinct and activating his giant avatar to grab Gas and fling him into the atmosphere, giving Granolah the opportunity to take the shot and deal Gas a devastating blow without damaging the planet.

El Ultra Instinto es una forma de poder alcanzada por Goku que le permite moverse y reaccionar de manera instintiva, sin necesidad de pensar conscientemente en sus acciones. En esta forma, su velocidad, fuerza y habilidades de combate se multiplican exponencialmente.
