13 de ene. de 2006 · There really is no difference in the sentiment but both phrases are considered rather old-fashioned and quaint these days although "Yours sincerely" is still, occasionally, used. "Yours faithfully" is very, very old-fashioned. Most business correspondence (in Canada, at least) is signed "Yours truly".
