15 de sept. de 2024 · We've been having this issue with Multiple company PC's with adobe acrobat Pro. Through testing, it looks like it was an issue with either update 2023.006.20360 or 2023.006.20380. December Update 23.008.20421 resolved our issues.

20 de oct. de 2020 · Thanks for the clarification! Yes, it seeems no matter where or how I search, I cannot find anywhere I can re-download a perpectual Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license (NON-Subscription) I purchased a few years ago (of course, WITHOUT paying the $10 to get the CD - my bad!)).
22 de nov. de 2023 · I just registered and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I cannot save PDF files. I decided to try the trial period because I was so frustrated with the lack of functionality in Adobe Reader. I need to be able to sign documents, and even when DC reader works, it takes minutes to open a single document. First, I uninstalled DC Reader.
11 de sept. de 2024 · In Acrobat: Click Edit and then Preferences. Check the "Show online storage when saving files" option - if there is a check mark clear it - then click OK at the bottom of the page. Close Acrobat. Open Acrobat and a PDF and then try to “save as” to see if you get the sign in prompt. Not ideal but hopefully this helps.

28 de mar. de 2023 · I'd sugegst that you log into Adobe account, as you did to get into this forum. Then click on your icon in the top right and choose Adobe Account. Then click on Plans and payment < Plans from the top. See if any you have anything listed there. Report of you see anything.
1 de jul. de 2023 · When I purchased Acrobat PRO 8 days ago, it appeared was successfully installed but unable to open app. Thinking must need step to authenicate licence, confirmed My Account shows "up to date" tried to first access via Creative Cloud but Acrobat still fail to open. I'm confused shows Acrobat PRO in plan and Acrobat as product icon.
