3 de nov. de 2020 · I just googled how strong is Guevara out of curiosity. I think he’s kiiind of a mid tier fighter. He lost to Oliva who himself is pretty mediocre these days. We really only got to see him get punched into the ground by Oliva and then see him beat up the triplets but that’s pretty much it. The US government….

20 de dic. de 2021 · Since che was from the 60's and Baki is set in modern day. To make it work, IItagaki made him someone who was essentially che, but born in modern times in a different island called "La Serna" (which, incidentally, is Che's second last name. He was "Guevara de la Serna").

3 de oct. de 2021 · Kind of, yeah. The theme of Son of Ogre is "believe and it will happen". Baki believed in a 100kg mantis, Oliva believed in having the strongest muscles to carry her gf. Guevaru believes in being a strong icon of his people and a force to stop the USA. Also he is a martial artist trained for barehand combat.
Tldr; Guevara is much stronger, being stronger than Post-Poison Baki (Guevara>Raitai Tournament Baki). So he’s quicker and stronger than all of them. And the Prisoner’s deception and hidden weapons won’t work because he’s CHE GUEVARA, he literally fights armies with his bare hands, and his men infiltrated the White House without weapons.

21 de may. de 2022 · The highlight of his fight with Oliva was Baki stepping in to say it was boring. And he doesn't even make sense in the geopolitical scheme of things, as he fucking died more than 30 years before the Bush era. It felt like Itagaki slapped Guevara in there because he saw Che on a hipster shirt somewhere.
9 de feb. de 2022 · The real Che Guevara was Argentinian and even though we aren’t explicitly told in the manga given how Jun is inspired by his real life counterpart I’d say yes he is but then again I could be wrong. All we know is he’s from somewhere in South America and he founded his own nation so my head canon is he is Argentinian. 7.
