14 de oct. de 2020 · I just got the HyperX Cloud stinger headset, but my laptop does not seem to pick up the microphone at all, the weird thing is, the sound in my headphones work just fine, it's just the microphone that's not detected, and I've tried everything to find it. I only have one jack in my laptop, for both mic and sound.
30 de oct. de 2020 · If none of this has worked for you, you can also restart the audio service for this you must open a Windows run window, Win + R. Write services.msc and press Enter or OK. We look for the service called Windows Audio. We click on it with the right mouse button and select the Restart option. Regards.

So you should update the driver to see if that’s a problem for you. Follow these steps to do this: -Open the Sound window following the first three steps from the above Fix #03.

20 de jul. de 2022 · Assuming that you have a single combo jack on your computer, headset mic is not a separate item. Plug in your headset, the computer will prompt you "which device did you plug in", select "headset". That's it, you are using your headset mic. You can verify it by lightly tapping your headset mic, the signal meter will jump.
9 de ene. de 2017 · Dec 30, 2017. #1. I recently picked up the HyperX Cloud Stinger on Christmas and its working great except for the microphone. I'm assuming its because my computer doesn't have the correct audio jacks as I've tried using the the default single connector and the splitter but I still can't get the microphone to work.
25 de nov. de 2018 · Alternatively, you can also plug in this headset into another PC to see if the issue occurs on that PC also. Further, you may also want to click on ‘check for updates’ to update Windows 10 and check if that makes any difference. Hope this helps. Let us know if you got the help you needed.
29 de jun. de 2021 · I use a Hyperx Cloud Stinger headset, and the mic is sounding incredibly quiet. You are unable to hear any audio that goes through unless you take the audio clip and manually make it louder. I have tried many things to make it work, and the microphone actually does work on most of my other devices, Apple iPhone, Xbox, Mac, but on any devices with windows 10, it's super quiet.
