Go to Nvidia Control Panel, Manage 3D settings, Add MK1 to Programs, Set FPS Max to 60, Enable Low Latency Mode, and set power management to Perfer Maximum Performance.

It also lacks features that should be a given. If you are a casual fighting game enjoyer and like the offline content of MK games then you may like this.
