  3. 16 de jul. de 2024 · It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.

  6. I have been using Edge from a decent time but have never been able to use Netflix to watch shows. Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.

  8. Click your Picture on the upper right corner then select your Microsoft account > Sign-out. Restart your computer then Open Microsoft Store > Sign-in your Microsoft account. Search for Netflix App then click Install. **Reset the Microsoft Store cache. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
