As quoted in another thread of this forum, the FB page of "Norwegian Wood" published the following message: "There are rumors about a new album from Paul McCartney already 14. october, titled "the 7 line".
6 de dic. de 2023 · Paul himself has said he won't release his new songs before next year. He is busy touring for the rest of the year, which is what is preventing him from finishing the album at the moment. MPL are not gonna finish the album without his knowledge or approval. Therefore a release in 2024 is extremely unlikely, if not impossible.

George’s Estate are releasing material at a snail’s pace. The Beatles biopics will probably be screened before any releases from Paul or George!! Dilamenz,Mar 14, 2024.
6 de dic. de 2023 · These things are commercial endeavors through and through. The biggest music corporation is trying to sell you more copies of McCartney 2024 than you need. If they figure that a duet will do it, than a duet it'll be. World class songwriters write duets, McCartney has surprisingly few.
6 de dic. de 2023 · I know one of the string players who have recently done sessions for Paul at Abbey Road (played on 5 tracks). She noted that Paul’s vocals sounded much improved and wondered if they were older vocal takes or whether a doctor had recently performed some rehabilitive work.
