8 de may. de 2024 · 2 Likes. lolrj 9 May 2024 00:18 3. Technically external cameras are allowed, but I hate them, even when I have no reason to believe the HOs are keeping an eye on me. My last sit HO did explicitly call out in the welcome guide that she kept it on for security but disabled notifications, which was definitely appreciated.

I was the first applicant and received a very encouraging message back from the HO within a couple of hours suggesting we held a video call. 28 de ene. de 2022 · That is excellent news that there are now 40,000 new members. My observations are that with a membership of 70,000 the site requires a much more superior IT programme. It is hoped that the new membership fees will generate sufficient profit to improve the IT systems and finally resolve the Review and Calendar problem. 5 Likes.

Generally I’ve had great experiences with sitters, minus a couple that were below-average but ok. But I just got home from a 2.5-week trip, and I’m furious.
6 de jul. de 2021 · keith 6 July 2021 14:08 1. There is little in the way of insurance offered to sitters by TrustedHousesitters beyond an owner’s pet causing damage. I have no problem with that, but I am surprised at the paucity of sound advice. I might, in an accidental, or negligent, moment, burn down an owner’s house with a badly placed candle, for example.
