11 de may. de 2021 · And, after restarting the app, it finally recognized my Cloud II Wireless headset. This had been working since I bought these last year. So, it was strange to see it not working now. To be clear, I still left the current language setting to English. But, after merely installing Japanese as an alternative language setting, the app worked. Very odd.
6 de nov. de 2020 · One thing to keep in mind is that this is an older headset model, so it has a very limited set of features. You can only control the playback and microphone volume, and you'll be able to see an approximate (!) battery level, just like in the old app.

15 de feb. de 2021 · Using your keyboard navigate to Task Manager and disable NGENUITY from starting on your computer. Restart your computer. Hold down the DPI button and the MOUSE WHEEL button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, You should see your mouse rgb restart and your cursor unfreezes. This basically factory resets your mouse.

11 de ene. de 2023 · The wired Cloud II is not compatible with Ngenuity. You have to use the buttons on the USB box to control it. The Cloud II launched years ago long before Ngenuity was a thing and they never updated or redesigned the USB box to work with the software. The Cloud II Wireless works in Ngenuity, as do a few of their other newer headsets.

To end, I just want to say that after all this work, I'm not being supported nor sponsored by HyperX, and doing this on my own is though, it takes a lot of time and sometimes even actual money to make my videos.
