I purchased a hard-copy of Need For Speed Underground 2 from Amazon on CDs, and tried to redeem the serial number in Origin, but it told me "The product code you entered is not valid." I tried both with and without hyphens. I also tried to redeem the code at Origin.com, but received the same message " The product code you entered is not valid.
