I personally use an alt for all of my creations just as a precaution but as long as you dont publish it to roblox, your account should be fine. Not inappropriate just hated. I’d say it’s not an appropriate game just because of gang culture. That, and it’s community bypasses and breaks Roblox’s TOS constantly (music, chat, dating, harassing, toxicity, etc.) It’s my opinion with a more mainstream game, if you’re asking about a smaller unknown game I got no idea.
