19 de feb. de 2024 · The astronomical amount Sky pay for the exclusive broadcast rights for football and F1, in particular, would appear to be the reason for the high subscription cost. I have absolutely no interest in watching football and although I watched other sports on Sky Sport, F1 was my main reason for my subscription.
22 de mar. de 2024 · Sky sports is seen as the 'premier' sports platform and we also pay a premium price for that. I appreciate the carbon neutral approach and also new technologies meaning people don't need to be there. But this weekends coverage now feels just the same as channel 4 and other less comprehensive providers. remember sky sports F1 is a brand in its own.
27 de feb. de 2023 · Hello, I'm not a sports fan and don't really follow any in particular except for F1. I'm not prepared to pay for full Sky Sports and they only provide F1 for glass and stream as part of full Sky Sports any one know why you have to have sky a for just the f1 channel?
2 de jun. de 2023 · I primarily follow Sky Sports F1 and Cricket, Virign Box allows me to set a schedule to automatically record all F1 practice sessions, qualifying, and races, without needing to manually set recording each week. Same for ICC cricket events, just do it once and it automatically records all the matches.
5 de abr. de 2024 · I pay for Sky Sports but really only pay to watch the F1. I want to watch it to be immersed in it with the noise, what is happening in the pits/off the track etc. and not watch interviews where they are standing with headphones and a microphone talking to presenters in a studio.
3 de may. de 2023 · I'm in a hotel , I'm not at home (in Ireland where I live, so still in the same country.....!!!) & when I look at catch up on sky sports F1 channel, its not possible to be able to watch any race schedule on catch up from the weekend until at least 24 hours after its been broadcast, the only option available is to download to my Sky Q box, until ...
17 de jun. de 2023 · Hi, I use a LG Oled tv with e-arc and a compatable 9.1 LG soundbar connected via e-arc. Most sound -eg news, tv programmes, movies and music are fine. However on F1 in UHD very poor sound sync with commentators, tried sync issues but minimum adjustment is insufficient. UHD football and cricket all ok, just F1.
1 de mar. de 2024 · The audio on sky sports f1 sounds terrible. It's only coming through as 2 channel stereo and sounds very compressed. Main event does not have this issue, this is working correctly, Dolby digital + 5.1. Is this a known issue? And if so is there a fix date.

I'm using Sky Stream on UHD (although it appears to be the same on HD), and the commentry volume is really quiet, and is being drowned out by the cars, making it really difficult to hear the commentry.
