    With Ticketmaster being one of the main companies selling live event tickets, there are bound to be issues with the service every now and then. Whether you’re having a problem with tickets you bought or accessing your account, Ticketmaster gives you multiple options to reach out for support. You can directly speak with a Ticketmaster agent over the phone or a webchat, but you may also reach out through email or social media. Keep reading, and we’ll walk you through all of the ways to reach customer service and answer a few common support questions.

    Ticketmaster doesn’t have a publicly listed email address, but they do have a form on their website to connect you via email. Fill out your email address and name. Pick the topic of your email from the dropdown menu on the form, and write your question in the text box provided.
