Archive a message. On your computer, open Gmail. Open the message you want to archive. At the top, click Archive . Tips: To archive multiple messages, click the box next to each message Archive . To archive a message with keyboard shortcuts, press E. Learn more about keyboard shortcuts.

When you’re done teaching a class, you can archive it. When a class is archived, it’s archived for all students and teachers in the class. If you don’t archive a class, students and teachers in the class continue to find it on their Classes page. Teachers and co-teachers can archive a class, but only the primary teacher can delete a class.
To archive a user: Point to the user account and click More options. If you have: Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, or Enterprise Plus —Select Archive user. Business Starter or Business Standard —Select Delete user click Archive user. If prompted, click Buy archived user subscription and follow the prompts.

Check your archive. If your missing item is archived, you can unarchive it so that it shows in your Google Photos library. Learn how to check your archive and unarchive items. Check your bin. If your missing photo or video is in your bin, you can restore it. If your missing photo or video isn't in your bin, it may have been permanently deleted.
