İsa Çelebi (d. 1380 - ö. 1406), Osmanlı sultanı Yıldırım Bayezid ile Devlet Şah Hatun 'un oğludur. [1] . Ankara Savaşı 'ndan sonra 1402–1413 döneminde ortaya çıkan Fetret Devri başında Bursa ve civarlarında Timur beratı ile hükümdarlık yapmış ama sonra kardeşi Mehmed Çelebi tarafından 1403 yılında saf dışı bırakılmıştır.

The second son, İsa Çelebi, established himself as an independent ruler at Bursa and Mehmed formed a kingdom at Amasya. War broke out between Mehmed and İsa, and following the battles of Ermeni-beli and Ulubad (March–May 1403), Isa fled to Constantinople and Mehmed occupied Bursa.
