Koningsdag (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkoːnɪŋzdɑx] ⓘ) or King's Day is a national holiday in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Celebrated on 27 April (26 April if the 27th is a Sunday), the date marks the birth of King Willem-Alexander.

Sinds 2014 wordt Koningsdag gevierd op de verjaardag van koning Willem-Alexander, 27 april, tenzij deze datum op zondag valt. In dat geval wordt Koningsdag vervroegd naar zaterdag, 26 april. Direct in 2014 was dit al het geval, waardoor de allereerste Koningsdag naar een dag eerder verschoven werd.

Most kingdoms celebrate their monarch's birthday with pomp and ceremony. The Dutch paint the town orange to celebrate Koningsdag.
