Penelope Meredith Mary Knatchbull, Countess Mountbatten of Burma (née Eastwood; born 16 April 1953), known between 1979 and 2005 as Lady Romsey and between 2005 and 2017 as the Lady Brabourne, is a British aristocrat and the wife of Norton Knatchbull, 3rd Earl Mountbatten of Burma.

Countess Mountbatten of Burma is a title in the peerage of the United Kingdom used for a female holder of the Earldom Mountbatten of Burma, or as a courtesy title for the wife of the Earl Mountbatten of Burma. The family seat for the position is at Newhouse Manor, near Ashford, Kent .

On 13th June 2017, Norton inherited the titles of Earl Mountbatten of Burma, Viscount Mountbatten of Burma & Baron Romsey upon the death of his mother - Patricia, 2nd Countess Mountbatten of Burma (1924-2017), who died aged 93yrs. Again Penny dutifully supported her estranged husband to the funeral.
