The Abu Dhabi United Group for Development and Investment (ADUG; Arabic: مجموعة أبوظبي الاتحاد للتنمية والاستثمار) is a United Arab Emirates (UAE) based private equity company. It is owned by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family and Vice President of UAE.

As the owner of the Abu Dhabi United Group, Sheikh Mansour oversaw the 2008 acquisition of Manchester City Football Club. Under his guidance, the club has dramatically evolved its operations and performance both on and off the field. The Club has won six English Premier League titles, six League Cups and two FA Cups.
