Adelolf, Count of Boulogne [a] (died 933), was a younger brother of Arnulf I, Count of Flanders and was granted the County of Boulogne by his father. [1] He was a son of Baldwin II, Count of Flanders, and of Ælfthryth, daughter of Alfred the Great.

He married Mahaut de Crequy about 0922, in France. They were the parents of at least 1 daughter. In 918, his occupation is listed as abbot of saint-omer. He died on 13 November 0933, in his hometown, at the age of 37, and was buried in Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais, Hauts-de-France, France.
