Alexander Dmitryevich Beglov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Дми́триевич Бегло́в, IPA: [ɐlʲɪkˈsandr ˈdmʲitrʲɪjɪvʲɪdʑ bʲɪˈɡlof]; born 19 May 1956) is a Russian politician. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. [1] . He was appointed acting Governor of Saint Petersburg on 3 October 2018.
