Alexander Edward Murray, 6th Earl of Dunmore (1 June 1804 – 15 July 1845) was a Scottish peer. He was the son of George Murray, 5th Earl of Dunmore . On 27 September 1836 in Frankfurt, Germany, he married Lady Catherine Herbert , daughter of the 11th Earl of Pembroke .
The 6th Earl of Dunmore, Alexander Edward Murray, had inherited Harris upon the death of his father on 11 November 1836 and would in turn be succeeded by his son, Charles Adolphus, following the 6th Earl's death on 14 July 1845.

15 de jul. de 2023 · Alexander Edward Murray, 6th Earl of Dunmore died On This Day 15 July 1845. He is buried at St Leonard's Church. He was the son of George Murray 5th Earl of Dunmore and was married to Lady Catherine Herbert daughter of the 11th Earl of Pembroke They had four children: Image by Richard James Lane, after Sir Francis Grant.
Death. The Countess died, aged seventy-one, on 12 February 1886 at Carberry Tower, Inveresk, East Lothian, and was buried at Dunmore, Falkirk . Arms. References.
