Admiral Sir Alexander Robert Maule Ramsay, GCVO, KCB, DSO (29 May 1881 – 8 October 1972) was a Royal Navy officer. He was the husband of Princess Patricia of Connaught , the youngest child of Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn , third son of Queen Victoria .

19 de ene. de 2023 · In November 2022, Alexander Ramsay confirmed to JUVE Patent that he was leaving his role as UPC Administrative Committee chairman, having had a decisive influence on the creation of the court for 14 years. Now the presidium of the UPC has appointed Ramsay as its registrar, a post he could hold for a renewable term of up to six years.

According to Ramsay, the court is working hard and spending a lot of resources to remedy ‘three layers of difficulties’. Another challenge, he says, is to facilitate the fast growth of the Court.
