Alejandra Duff, duquesa de Fife ( Richmond, 17 de mayo de 1891- Londres, 26 de febrero de 1959) fue miembro de la familia real británica, nieta del rey Eduardo VII.

Alexandra Victoria Alberta Edwina Louise Duff, duchesse de Fife et princesse de Connaught, est née à Londres, au Royaume-Uni, le 17 mai 1891 et morte dans cette même ville le 26 février 1959. Petite-fille du roi Édouard VII du Royaume-Uni et épouse du prince Arthur de Connaught , elle officie comme infirmière durant la Première Guerre mondiale et publie des mémoires.

On 27 July 1889, Alexander Duff, Earl Fife married the eldest daughter of the then Prince and Princess of Wales – the future King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra. She was then known as Princess Louise of Wales and would be created Princess Royal after her father’s accession and the death of Victoria, Princess Royal.
